Is the Elric line dead or not for Mongoose?

Mongoose
It has been asked and bumped in the Legend forum and in a thread in this forum, but no answer.

It would be nice to know if Mongoose has dropped the Elric line or not.
It looks by the silence that is has been, but it would be nice to know for sure one way or another whether Mongoose has dropped support Elric.

So, Matt:

Have you dropped support for Elric?

If not what state is it in? As it looks dead to me.

I would assume (maybe incorrectly) that the licence has been let go or moved on as all future planned products have vanished from the Release Schedule.

@Mr Sprange - any feedback to share with those of us who have bought into this product line, is it dead and buried or on the back burner, or possibly awaiting a kickstarter funding?

I am afraid there are currently no plans for future Elric books.

Understood, but what about the license itself, are you going to retain that or drop the license?

Meaning if someone else wanted to publish Elric RPG material, would they be able to?

I would think for any literary work the author's Literary Agent would be the one to deal with. Sometimes that's the author and sometimes (if they're dead) their literary executor but usually they have an agent that does the movie deals and toy /merchandise licencing. Often a lawyer they can be money grabbing sharks or nice people depending upon your viewpoint and how much they are charging you for the privilege of using the author's work.

I'd certainly be interested to hear what's happening if and when some one picks up the license again. Besides unprinted Talons of Winter campaign/sourcebook, I had various Young Kingsdoms projects in the pipeline for my own campaigns and possible publication.
