Infantry Fighting Vehicles and Transports

Larac

Mongoose
Just asking for an idea on how many more Infantry Fighting Vehicles we will see this year, I know many folks like Tanks, but I like the Infantry Battles with an odd IFV or three.

Also will Mongoose be producing any UN Faction stuff, my guess is no as the factions stand, i would seem the UN is gone, but just making sure.

And last for now, will Mongoose be making any Trucks, like what ever the new version for the Duce and a Half from WWII would be now, for supply convoys and such.

I suspect its a Volo something or another now.

Just looking to find out because if they are not I need to get some for my forces.

Hmm that would make a nice Starter set, Four trucks and two smaller escorts , with some troops from a faction, and another faction of infantry and a light buggy or two, with a set of missions around convoy protection and supply lines. Crates and barrels in the trucks that can be removed, and adding rules for supply raids to the campaign stuff.
Oh well one can dream.

Thanks for the answers,
Lee

By the way, do reality a favor and actually show how the Chinese military actually looks like on the next waves? I understand that doing a combined MEA is more flexible, but if you are going to put PLA on the battlefield, you mind as well do it correctly. Our command posts and soldiers already have a lot of gears and weapons that are already on par with Western standards.

Maybe, but this keyboard will be lucky to survive 2 weeks in the field.

I'd definitely like to see some cargo or FMTV Trucks

The problem here is China's logistics. I suspect we'll see Chinese troops with high tech hardware later on as things get released, but right now Mongoose is representing core units and it looks like the US and EFTF will probably roll out their high tech systems to all troops well before China gets it to all their troops.

Core units or not, in half a decade plus core troops should have at least some of the land-warrior styled stuff. The Chinese Army is already fielding digital equipment with its Special Forces program. Oh well, what’s done is done; if Mongoose decides to add a PLA Special Ops later on in the future, he should seriously consider giving them digital equipment; maybe even a specialized ‘modern’ command post like the one I posted above.

And for new tanks:
