IJN destroyer torpedo questions

Questions re/ torpedo loadouts in IJN destroyers:

1. Fubuki class. I see they are One-shot. Did Fubuki's not have re-load capability (one reload)?

2. Akitsuki class. The torps on these are AP and not Super AP? Did they really put 21" torpedoes on this class and no the SAP 24" Long-Lance? Why then is the range 20" instead of 10" I would expect with AP/21" torps? They also have 5 DD for their torps, not the 4DD I would expect for 21" torps.

Has either of these been corrected in S&P?

no reloads like the shimakaze

i think this is a typo, it should be super ap

no, not yet

The Fubukis originally had reloads. They were removed as part of the reconstruction effort to correct severe stability problems.

The Akitsuki class had 24" torpedoes. They should be listed as SAP.

Also note that most of the IJN DD's introduced in OOB have twice the number of torpedoes listed than they should have.

Mongoose was aware of this problem before they put out their errata and chose not to correct it. I doubt that it as well as several other errors will ever be officially corrected. Fortunately, I got a copy of DM's 20+ page errata to OOB before Mongoose asked him to take it down.

Where can we get the 'corrected' info?
