According to this, we should have had the new Hyperions before today (Today being Christmas an' all).

What is the latest on their release date?

That would be because the Drakh mo-ship isn't available yet. And as Matt stated, Drakh Mo-Ship THEN Hyperions. Also, their isn't necesarily likely to be anything in S+P as there aren't any stat changes, just new models.
