I have 6 right now, which is cool. Fortunately, I belong to a regular group that has gamed every week for the last 4 years. There was at one point 10-15 revolving members, but we've cut it down to the most dedicated. Each of us takes turns GM-ing various games, so that we don't get bored with one system or one GM.

My game is on hold right now. I have 2 regular players and usually 3 others that rotate through so i have 3 plus me as GM for most games.

In our group it's 4 people, including the GM. Everyone has multiple caracters, though. Our GM also runs 2 PCs in addition to Gamemastering. It sounds odd, but he makes it work.

I never allow players to play multi-characters. They always favor one over the other. Sometimes, one tends to be a sacrifice PC in the hopes of saving the good one.

That hasn't been my experiance. Bringing in another character is just a matter of bringing somthing new to the party. It's not about loosing intrest in my other character. I've never gone the "Sacraficial Mook" rout either.
Anyway, this is off topic, so I'll start another thread.

With the popularity of Warhammer 40K and the New WFRP (of which I have the 1st edtion) We just added three more players. at 7 now, I have to put a cap on it...

We start playing this campaign, next weekend

Within a few weeks, I will post my conversions to Warhammer "Old World".

They were 8 but the group split in 2 and one quit, so actually ther's a group of 3 (noble, skirmisher, druid) and one another of 4 (pirates and thieves).
