How do I replace my damaged books?

After getting them when they first came out, both my fleet book & rules book just fell apart last weekend (while I was trying to show a new person how to play! how embarassing ).

Can someone point me to the person I contact & what I need to do to get them replaced?

After weeks of use, mine have a few pages trying to make an escape as well. :/

Nice. But for most of us the reciept is long gone. When it gets to the point that I don't want to deal with it anymore, I'll have the books spiral bound.
