Same as fusion. Fission and fusion use the same fuel requirements. Reactor size, cost of reactor and TL availability are the only differences.

What is the fuel requirement for a capital sized, fission powered ship / where can I find it?

See the core rules under Alternative Drives, there is a table for the fission
fuel requirements up to Power Plant Z, and it is not difficult to extrapolate
from there.

High Guard includes the amended rules for fission power plants on page
42 under Spacecraft Options. According to this, they have twice the size
and cost of fusion power plants for the same power output.

Yea the High Guard version is so much easier to work with and much less calculations.
