High Guard: Deployment Shuttle

This brings up an interesting point. If the artificial gravity field of a vessel does not cancel inertia I side, then the higher G maneuvers being proposed in the latest version can have detrimental effects on those inside a vessel. Even a slight amount of time between the internal field reacting would translate into high G effects.
It would be very different. We would have to build ships as towers, hence invalidating all old deck plans. Anything over ~5G would have to be very temporary and even 2G would be questionable for longer durations.

I do not want to invalidate all old deck plans...

I am thinking this is a great example of a moment I will stick to my good old handwavium for the sake of the game. I am not going to explain it, rather it just works. Now worry more about the guys chasing you that want to make you into burnt, crispy corpses.

At tech level thirteen, artificial gravitation and inertial compensators should work.

May have employed some wonky subcontractors to save on costs.
