I banged out a quick new one for the ships' updates files.

There aren't alot of changes on my revisions on this one, because I had to do so many fixes to the base design. But, 21 designs in total, including one brand new one, the Demilitarized Shuttle, for use as an alternate mustering out benefit for those Navy folks that get the Ship's Boat benefit.
