Heroes & Aliens? No new NPCs? Really?

I finally get around to patching some holes in the B5 collection and I notice Heroes & Aliens.

RPGNow has a preview of it.

Ummm...no. I don't want stats on the station's major NPCs. I would've preferred: Smugglers, raiders, assassins, Rangers, nobles, warriors, etc.

How about some cool NPCs with great backgrounds, story hooks and something one can use?

Anything but the rehashed stats of the series' NPCs. I mean, good lord!

I'm disapointed and I think I'm done buying B5 stuff.

RPGNow saved me money.

People like them - or, put another way, if we had not included the main characters, someone else would have posted here asking why

The book also contains prestige classes, plus background and rules on playing a wider variety of alien races (which is why I think most people are into this book).

However, we have had a lot of good comments about the NPC section of the Traveller book, so your points here are well made.
