Thanks for the tip... I made the mistake of making everything a PDF and then binding everything together in Acrobat. I'll fix that when I have time this weekend.

EDIT: Huh, evidently the new file hasn't fully circulated through Lulu's systems or something went wrong. I'll check it again yet today and see what happened.
