I was looking things to heal my players with. The only thing I can find in the B5 core book is a first aid kit. But it doesnt say how to use it and it doesnt say anything that I could find about medical facilities. Looking in the D&D PHB its lists natural and magical as forms of healing. Obviously magical isn't used. So what does the first aid kit do?
