Going to do them as a faction after long debate with my self on what race to start with. I like there in your face style like wych cult for Dark eldar. Though I am looking forward to the Aliens and others as well.

Can anyone give me some advice on this faction and tactic Ideas. I plan to board a lot since you get full VP for it.

Their galliots are awesome. Board using marauders from them. Use close blast doors on the approach, so they are more survivable.

Their frigate is also good for boarding. Stick a few maraudrs on. Blast every ship except the one you plan to board.

Their scouts are also good. Keep it on close blast door, and it can still fire one gun. Scout for the rest of the fleet's blasters.

You might be better off using All Power to Engines on the galliots in the first turn or two, depending on how hard the enemy is trying to play keep-away. Crowding in at 18" a turn is very hard for some fleets to deal with, although doing it against another Hazat or a Decados is near-suicide. OTOH, it's a free ride against Al Malik - they don't care about your shields anyway, and they do not want to face either boarding or masses of light blasters.

Remember to fire your blasters first whenever possible, followed by laser sniping from the scouts and frigates on bare hulls - far more criticals that way than if you waste lasers on shields.
