[Hawkmoon] Wahoo next supplements look amazing!

The long awaited supplements for Hawkmoon (Castle Brass and Secrets...) are scheduled for february: THANK YOU MONGOOSE!

What's especially exciting is:

1) The quality of the cover artwork!
It is far better than the core rulebook. THIS is real quality artwork!

2) The new logo is great!
It is not only "readable" but also cool and in the mood of the Hawkmoon universe. The exact opposite of the previous logo/title...

3) SoTE as a huge "120 pages-campaign" is exactly what we need to immerge ourself completely in the world of Tragic Europe. The synopsis of the adventure looks nice and interesting: full of fun, action, adventure and mysteries! I can't wait reading it!

Wow!
Those look really spanky! I am not much into Hawkmoon(one of the few RQ lines I have not bought up), but those covers seem to promise an awful lot. I have always been a sorry sucker for games and books with good artwork. I had never heard of Slaine before but that book was just crying to be bought (I wish the inside images were a little bigger and less dark though, but they were first rate).
I bought up a bunch of Dark Sun stuff long after I had forswore D+D just because the covers were so stunning. (I wish I had never opened those books though and looked inside though).
When I was young it seemed like every other book on the fantasy isle had a Frazetta cover and those images more than anything else ignited role-playing for me. I have designed whole adventures based on a particularly stunning illustration or painting.
I should have long since realized that cover art does not have anything to do with the overall quality of the book, but it is a lesson I never learn. Unfortunately, in the past, Rq has never really been particularly strong in the art suit (Not that there are not some good ones). Anyway, what I mean to say is keep up the good work it is appreciated.

Hi guys, These are my first two Hawkmoon books and I have to say well done Gar and Loz! Everyone really does have a treat in store. As for both covers and the new Logo, I think we can all give Pascal a huge pat on the back once again...I think everyone is realising why I keep using Pascal for all of the covers on my books ...yes?!

Also, I have just gotten the final page count for Tragic Europe together...160!

I'm sure he IS a frenchman! I've allways said that France has tremendously good artists speaking about the "fantasy" universe! And, no, I'm not french!

Anyway, MongooseCharlie: keep this one and pay him well, he's worth it!
