Although I emailed you about this, I'm going to drop the answer in here for others who might have the same question:
The Hurr (and the Grome, the Ip'sha, etc.) were glassed over because I only had so much room to cover what I thought was a pretty important topic in B5.
As they are pretty close in mentality to the Drazi, I would go ahead and use all of the Drazi special rules to cover any Hurr Telepath characters.
