Graffiti, Slogans & Signs . . . oh, my!

Silverback

Mongoose
As part of my terrain building efforts - may they soon come to fruition - I'm going to add graffiti/slogans onto some of the 'buildings'. I'll be printing them out onto matt paper once they've been digitally weathered. The only thing I'm stuck on is suitable slogans, etc.

Pretty much ditto can be said for some of the companies, products & services in the mega-city. Can't seem to recall all that many! :( Once I've completed a few they'll be uploaded to Photobucket and linked in here.

Any helpful suggestions would be welcome!

Got some aeroball team names from Wiki:

Aeroball is a futuristic version of basketball, played with jetpacks, in the 2000 AD strip.

The Baltimore Bulls
The Berlin Blitzkreigs
The Bushido Blades
The Flying Scotsmen
Gorgon's Gargoyles
The Harlem Heroes
The Montezuma Mashers
The Siberian Wolves
The Teutonic Titans

Just need to find/create their logos/graffiti slogans for them.

Stick 'Synthi-' in front of anything it'll work.

What sort of buildings do you need names for?

I'll gladly some up with some, if you like.

I've toyed with the idea of using printed stickers for scrawls, so that gangs who 'own' that turf get to obliterate others' efforts.

Hmmm . . . Synthi-a? Now why does that sound familiar? :D

I can come up with made-up names pretty easily. It's the mega-city ones that I'm struggling with. The aforementioned website should provide a few ideas though!

I've looked at printing my own transfers but, with how thin most paper is, it shouldn't look too out of place just sticking inkjet prints onto them.

I'm also thinking about creating some billboard style adverts and possibly neon signs if I can figure out how 'best' to create them!

Here are some screen shots from Dredd vs Death which have signage in. . .
Kinda . . . I've got the PC version and, a few months ago, I tried to find out whether the usual PAK extractors would allow me to get my hands on those very graphics. Couldn't find any websites which mentioned doing this in Dredd Vs Death though. :(

This may save you some work - I've done some signs for my terrain board - Signs of Mega-City One:

Managed to open the file in CorelDraw so will be using some of these signs as templates before exposing them to the rigours of photo-editing!

And here's one I weathered earlier!
