There is a supplement due later this year that adds larger vessels to the existing fleets, will pad out the smaller fleets like the THolians (so presumably web rules), and Orions. It has been suggested that this is when the Lyrans will appear. Whether this includes the LDR who knows, and the same can be said for the WYN.
Hydrans probably have to wait as the product above is going to battleships not carriers, and its more likely that Hydrans will appear in a carrier supplement than a big ship one. ISC I have no idea, same with Andros.
