Glorantha Ralios Campaign PBP actual play

Finkon the duck enters Bendeo's Lodging in Fiesive, following some God Learners and an Orlanthi who just disembarked from the river boat he was on.

The Orlanthi points to an old man in the back, saying he is one of the Unlucky People. They stop to discuss some things.

Finkon waddles his way over to him, and strikes up a conversation about the clansman's homeland. He asks if there any interesting bodies of water, like a spring perhaps, that happens to be there.

Tallyn, the Orlanthi clansman, points out the old guy in the back as being one of the Unlucky People to the God Learners he met. He sees the duck who traveled with them waddle over. They follow.

When the group arrives the clansman of the Unlucky People eyes all of them with a tired expression.

The duck asks him about whether his clan has a spring somewhere on hie lands. The old man leaps to his feet, eyes blazing! "It's a lie!" he screams. "There are no gold coins, the Storm King take you all!"

Before he can continue his rant, you notice the tavern go completely
still. One of the Pentans is dripping wet, covered in foaming beer.

The bar wench who dropped her tray points at one of the Bison
People. "He pushed me," she says.

Uh oh. None of the travelers are anywhere near an exit.

Two dozen chairs scrape back as the Pentans and Bison Riders stand up.
The Pentan dripping with ale has his fists clenched.

The large God Learner Cog stands up and places himself in front of the
God Learner Priest.

"I'll buy everyone a round for everyone!" the Cog says, moving his
large body closer to both sides.

The priest whispers, "The Pentans are taught to hate all other
Praxians. Other Praxians like the Bison Riders return the sentiment."

Time seems to stand still.

The giant God Learner's offer seems to get the attention of the Bison
Riders. But the Pentans remain unswayed. They move to attack the Bison
Riders and anyone who gets in their way!

"Good try," the priest says to the God Learner. "If you want to work on
your speaking skills see me. Later." He then crawls under a table with
his ale.

Bones the God Learner knowledge quester leaps onto a table and checks his Axe and makes sure it's ready. Then he watches the two groups about to fight while preparing to defend the God Learner priest.

Max the giant Cog God Learner shields the priest with his body while trying not to spill the man's ale.

Tallyn the Orlanthi holds a flagon in each hand, ready to belt any brawler who comes too close.

Rune clutched in his hand, Finkon the duck turns to the clansman and casts a spell. Bar fights will not deter him from gaining the gold he seeks.

And the room explodes in violence as two dozen Praxians start punching, head butting, and kicking each other.
