Game Number 2 today and hopefully number 3

Stu,

Great paint job, you do great planets as well as ship charts. Hobby Lobby has the balls too, and that's what I'm going to do Slice them in half and pain them, although I don't suspect mine will look as nice as yours. Those really llok good.

Tried gluing the markers to poker chips... in fact, that was the original plan.
But there were so many of them that it became difficult to carry.

And some Vegas goons in Armani suits and shades came lookign for hte guy who was dealing in all the poker chips.

I thought it particularly revise to change my intentions. 8)

I picked up some of those styrofoam balls at Michaels over the weekend.
They will become hte basis of the terrain for the NashCon tournament maps.

Fair enough. Time to look into laminating some sheets maybe.

Good call :)

Bob,

I should have pointed out that these balls come already painted like this. I WISH I could paint that well! Thanks for the compliments though, and I do rather like my ship sheets. ;)

They were only $3.00 each, so for 9 bucks I got 3 planets already done. That is about what it would have cost me at the hobby shop for 3 unpainted foam balls.

Just thought it might save some time. :)
