The Avioki is a beast alright, 64 damage points, I couldn't kill it, even Tenacious B couldn't with his shadows!

Hi to all from the tourney except my arrogant bro.Had a great day thanks Lorcan.
Round 1: fought black omegas EA had a great first two rounds knocking out the engines on his nova,artemis and hyperion before finishing off his nova and artemis and heavily damaging his other artemis and one hyperion all for the loss of one ikorta.
Round 2: fought EP aka my bro the arrogant arse he used his range to great advantage by destroying two of my ikortas but i got him back with a volley of fire from my halik and avioki destroying his centurion in the end i ran like a bitch salvaging 3 points.
Round 3: fought tenacious B's shadows was keeping toe to toe with him until he got behind my avioki up until then my halik and avioki were blowing his hunters to pieces.
All in all really impressed by the avioki and the halik. The ikortas i found lacked any real punch and a cow in space would turn quicker and better than them.

Might have to rethink and actually stick with the Drakh for tourneys, just as long as Digger aint there with his Centauri. (As i said, his dice hate me and my dice love him. Only time i've never lost a ship to him was when i had a tonne of Dilgar to hide behind, and there were no Dilgar left by end of turn 2 ffs)
Digger, you really need to report to Centauri High Command to be fitted with your Keeper. :twisted:

Well having had my fleet kicked around by three light cruisers I can say the Drakh are indeed badasses!
The agility, the GEG, all that precise weaponry and AP everywhere!
Definitely stick with them! :wink:
They aint weak, it's just that they're hard to play right, and if you don't get it just right you'll be punished severely. The Drakh are a very unforgiving fleet, but when done right are truly terrifying. Really will have to finish painting them since they didn't do too bad lol
