Full Conan hack/conversion for BoL?

I´ve been searching looking for a hack/conversion for Mongoose Conan for BoL. Its seems not that uncommon that people use BoL for Conan but have never found a whole conversion of the BoL Legendary Edition for Mongoose Conan. Yes, it is not that hard to come upp with oneself but would really like to see if someone else has done it and how. Attribute bonuses/restrictions for careers and boons&flaws bonuses according to race/culture etc, Lotus effects, and maybe some of the Conan magic stuff like Corruption(pretty neat), converted stats for classical beasts som on. I don´t have my Conan RPG corebook anymore because I sold all my books since I would never play it in d20 anyway and it was before I found any good ruleslight system to use it with that I knew of(started out to collecting some settingbooks again). If there Is´nt out there maybe I should get the corebook again to make some conversions but I just wanted to check it anyone already done it.
