I agree with Nialdubh.
This book is good to have some ideas, but the conversion is time-consuming, since is not so straghtforward (if you want to make a giid conversion...).
Conan weapons were built with slightly higher dice damage.
But converting the weapons from that book to Conan is not just a matter of going to the next dice type.
AP is an important factor not taken into consideration by normal d20.
So, since normal d20 has not ap, sometimes weapons are differentiated just by dmg or by their shape.
Look at the Conan "warhammer", middle dmg, but very good AP, not very comparable to STone & Steel warhammers.
In conclusion: before making a Conan version you must think about any weapon considering both DMG, AP and any other special rules and their effects on Conan (e.g. the manouevres, which are lacking in normal d20).
