FreeTrav
Cosmic Mongoose
The March 2012 issue of Freelance Traveller is ready for download!
Another twenty-four pages of material is presented for your enjoyment, including our featured Adventure, Richard Morey's "Festival".
[We apologize for the delay in getting this issue out; Things Happened.]
We're still actively seeking additional contributions of all types, but we'd like to make special mention of artwork, especially for covers. We've had some very nice offers, but some of them aren't usable, mostly because there isn't enough margin at the top to prevent our banner from 'defacing' the focus of the picture (like encroaching on a character's face). (The banner is an inch and a half wide, about 37mm for you metric types.)
As mentioned last month, we're also seeking submissions for theme issues; we have four Theme Issues planned, with two of them - 2300AD and Prime Directive - having some urgency, as we'd like to get them out either alongside the initial release of the setting for Traveller, or as soon thereafter as we possibly can. Other planned theme issues are Psionics and The Cruise. All of the usual types of articles are fair game for any of the themes, and if you can think of something that doesn't necessarily fit into any of our existing sections, that's fine, too. See the solicitation inside this issue for descriptions of the themes.
