Cosmic Mongoose
This month's featured article is Jeff Wheeler's "Warrant Officers: An Expansion for Military Careers in MegaTraveller", offering a way for you to get those less combat-oriented characters through the Service.

The rest of this month's 24 pages includes the usual assortment of reviews, stories, artwork, and so on that you, the readers, have contributed to the magazine. Come download and enjoy.

We found some images that we couldn't trace to a source beyond the handle "kardaen", and asked for information about them if anyone knows. We've had a response; Ewan Quibell has identified at least one as being the work of that amazing Traveller artist from 'way back, Jesse DeGraff.

We've also decided on themes for two "Theme Issues":

Psionics: Don't limit yourself to the Zhodani for this one; there's lots more room - but at the same time, don't feel obligated to avoid them, either. House Rules, adventures, psionically-active products, stories, cover images, non-cover images ... anything you can think of. Unfortunately, we're not psychic (though some may suggest that we're psychotic), so you'll have to do more than just think of them; put them down in email and send them to us at the usual addresses.

The Cruise: Maybe it's not really all that different from the Pacific Princess steaming between Los Angeles and Puerta Vallarta. Or maybe it is. You tell us: What do you think an interstellar cruise is like, what activities are available, where might it be going, what might happen (both planned and unplanned), who are your shipmates, who are your ship's crew, and so on. Pictures would be good, too! Email more than a postcard's worth to us at the usual addresses!

We'll hold all submissions for theme issues until we have enough to run the issue. At that point, we'll schedule the issue, put it together, and release it for your pleasure!

I've got some GM's notes that might be suitable for publication.

I've recently updated them to reference the Vehicle Handbook and Campaign Guide.

PM me if you are interested.

They are in Microsoft Word format but I used LibreOffice to create them because I like Linux and other free bits of software. See http://www.libreoffice.org/ if you area penniless writer that can't afford Microsoft Word.

I might work on some rules options, test them, and if they work then I'll send them in. Maybe as bundle for you to parcel out or put in all at once. Sound good?

By all means. I will ask that if any of them depend on others, that you mark the dependencies clearly so that they can be run in the correct order.
