I run a melee round, in which the combatants use all of their CA's on their strike rank. Since all the players in the group come from a heavy DnD background, this seems to be the option they like best. I don't have my book on me, but I'm pretty sure that to perform a flurry in combat it uses all your CA's at once at a -20% to weapon skill. Since we pretty much already do that, I was thinking of allowing them to use a flurry action as one that allows them to use all their CA's as well as CR's to attack at a -20% each. This doesn't sound unbalancing does it?
