Finished basic tables for skills playtest

My players don't like the dice & attribute paradigm of Trav so I ported it over. I changed the task system to target number by difficulty rather than fixed number. I tried to design so that skills have larger effect than attributes on task success/failure. So far it is working. Still more stress testing to do.

It looks like you've changed the probability of success as well, unless I'm missing something you changed. With your revised task system, a 'professional' (level 2 skill) [+2DM] with an average relevant characteristic of 7 [-1 DM] performing a moderate (normal?) task [target dice of 12+] ... will actually need to roll 11+ to succeed, therefore only having an 8.33% probability of success. Was that your intent?

Um, it is 3D6 for Characteristics. It's a 1-20 scale NOT 2D6.
