Is there any rules about feinting in RQII?

No. The combat rules were written from the perspective that gaining one or more levels of success over you opponent already involved inherent feints, misdirections and the like. They are why you get the openings to perform combat manoeuvres in the first place.

Of course, you are free to design your own special Feint CM if you want one.
