Sometimes, you see a ship, and you think "Wouldn't that be grand... if only it wasn't so small". Here at De Monterey shipyards, we aim to get you the ship you want, in the size you want.

Our first addition to the lines, is the stretched far trader. It has the same range, and the same passenger capacity, but the cargo bay has swelled to nearly three times the size.

Crystaliron armour (4 points): 20 tons, 3.2 Mcr
Jump D (2): 25 tons, 40Mcr
Manouvre B (1): 3 tons, 8Mcr

Fuel: 1 jump-2 and two weeks: 88 tons
Bridge: 20 tons, 4Mcr
Model 1/bis,fib computer with jump control/2 software: 0.26Mcr
Basic civilian: 1 ton, 0.05 Mcr
2 Hardpoints
4 crew staterooms: 16 tons, 2 Mcr
6 passenger staterooms: 24 tons, 3Mcr
6 low berths: 3 tons, 0.3Mcr
fuel processors: 4 tons, 0.2Mcr
Cargo: 166 tons

Total cost: 110,610,000 credits
Life support: 20,600
Maintenance: 9,218

Our next addition is the stretched yacht, for all those noblemen out there who have more friends than staterooms.

With the expansion of both the crew and the passenger rooms, the Yacht can now carry 22 VIP's in comfort, instead of the original 12, along with a maximum crew of 12 (most of who would be stewards)

Could I use this with the old CT Traders and Gunboats Far Trader, I wonder? The deckplan there was wrong, and suited for a 400 ton far trader, not a 200 ton one, just like your design...

It's what we did for a game years back. Interpreted the existing deckplan as 400 tons and did stats for it, then went back and tweaked it to suit the campaign.
