Expanded Fleets

Are the standard Fleets expanding in OOB such as more than one class of Italian Destroyers Or just more big ships?
Are ships like Minelayers, Torpedo boats, Escorts and Corvettes being added?
Has anyone got the book yet to give us a clue?

Yes to most of those but no minelayers. Although they were statted none made the final cut.
