I can't find it in the rules.
In combat you lose first all your endurance points before losing stregth and dex.
So often players will end combat with 0 end and this give them a -3 DM.
The rule on natural healing says that a character health can worsen due to End modifiers (in fact it WILL worthen on 1 or 2 on the die because of the -3DM) .
When Medical care is applied by a Medic with +1 skill the healing will be : 2 (base number) -3(END DM) +1(Medic skill) = 0 points per day.
So Medic +2 is the minimum to help healing, is that right ? And medical care don't need torolle dice right ?
Last one, how often can you make medical care ? The skill description says 1-6 hour is that it ?
