A very simple question:
Could the Water rune, when stacked with the man or woman rune, be used offensively to dehydrate a person?
I was thinking it could be done with the subject making an opposed Resistance vs Rune skill test. If the subject succeeds they become extremely thirsty and suffer a level of fatigue for every 1d3 rounds they don't drink. After a number of hours = to the MP invested the effect wears off. On a fail, well they slowly wither and die as all the moisture is sucked from their body, to pool around their dessicated corpse.
