DW: other settings?

I am new to DW... well, to tell the truth I've still to buy the books.
But I'm seriously interested in this simple, quick and exciting set of rules.

Even if I feel the Lands of Legend is an excellent and detailed setting, I would like to know if there's someone who's running a campaign in an homebrew setting or in different world from the Lands of Legend.

I'm just curious, even if I'm sure I will enjoy DW both playing in the LoL than in my own world.

I am asking this also because Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay (that I enjoyed too) was very tied to its own setting, and I found it wasn't so easy to run a different world's campaign with it.

The creators of Dragon Warriors (and its publisher too, for that matter) are huge fans of Tekumel and the Empire of the Petal Throne, and have played campaigns set in MAR Barker's world for many years. There are even a few echoes of that game in DW, such as the term 'underworlds'. You should be able to use the Dragon Warriors rules to run games set in Tekumel with no problem at all.
