Is the Draconic Enlightenment listed as an advanced skill for Kralori monks (Glorantha, p.233) the same as Draconic Illumination?

Also, should said monks receive Meditation as an advanced skill?

No. Its a slightly different take on Draconic lore, one fiddled with by the God Learners according to the EWF.

I can't see any Monks not needing meditation!
