District 268 Products

I want to give my two sons (age 12 and 15) the Traveller experience, RPing within the Spinward Marches, and it seems to me District 268 is a great place to start! I'm keen to flesh it out, especially since I have several old classic adventures set there.

I've heard a more recent company has produced some high quality scenario books in PDF (the TYpe S Scout?). I'm having trouble locating this, and another PDF the title of which I can't remember.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? The boys have been pestrering me for a few weeks now, I need some scenarios for them, and I've set my heart on District 268!

Comstar/Avenger Enterprises did some, including the Bowman Arm but they don't appear to be available at the moment

D268 is a good place to start, I'm planning a campaign myself there soon

Type S scout can be found in the new Crowded Hours book. If you just want the individual PDF, I bought it from RPGnow.com -

Not much art, so ideal to buy the PDF and print off.

Also do you have the Classic Traveller stuff (Adventure, and Divine Intervention etc) set in District 268?

Thanks Steve!

I have lots of FFE reprints, plus the CD-ROM, so I have Divine Intervention, Beltstrike, Tarsus and Safari Ship. And I have some good ideas for making the worlds in 268 bold and interesting.

I looked at setting a campaign in District 268 - I think it is a great choice, lot of diversity in tl and lots of stuff available (was available) to help the GM along.

What I dug up for District 268 was:
Type S is actually based (in part) on an adventure hook for Bowman Arms. Both supplements cover Walston.

There are Comstar books from the same series for Flexos and Datrillian.

MGT Spinward Marches has short overviews of Bowman and Pavabid.

567-908 is covered in Safari ship as someone mentioned.
FFE Module 1 Covers Tarsus
The Beltstrike (FFE version) covers Bowman.
Living Traveller Adventure 2 has an overview of Collace.

I missed Divine Intervention - good find.

Ha, I've found PDFs for sale for Bowman Arm, Flexos and Datrillian at this online store:

Great!

Nice link, though I think the Range War and Call of the Wild adventures got re-printed as Project Steel book (cant see a PDF for it). Pity Spinward States isnt available to see the 1248 take on District 268

The Spinward Marches Campaign has an overview of the District in 1108ish. The Al Morai mercantile corp had/has routes thry there.

FFE TNE Disk 2 has all the 1248 book including Spinward State.

There is not much info on District 268 from my quick scan but the sub-sector has been renamed and is in quite an awkward spot.

In 1248 District 268 is Plankwell. Not sure why.
Glisten Concord has expanded into it.

Hmmm.... not actually read it yet so just things I noted by flicking.
