Deus Vult: Do you need the main RQII book?

Just as the title suggests: Is Deus Vult self-contained like the previous Elric book or do I need to get the main RQII book to use it?

Going by the information given in state of the Mongoose and other sources you will need the RQII rulebook to play it. It is a setting book and will not contain all the rules to play.
