Many are not exactly legal.
E.g.: The Light Fighter is a TL 9 design. It has TL10 armour, TL12 Manoeuvre drive, TL12 power plant, TL10 sensors.
The armour is the wrong size. The M-Drive is the wrong size. The sensors are the wrong cost and power. The fixed mount is not payed for. Laser not included. But the fuel tanks are correct.
I get something like this:
M-1, Civilian Sensors, 5 dT left over for cargo.
