December Playtest

Hi everyone,

The December playtest pack is now ready to download: http://www.mongoosepublishing.com/pdf/vasplaytest.zip

I think you will see a few very obvious differences - fewer files to contend with for a start!

We will soon be hitting you with all the historical scenarios so, in preparation, please concentrate your attentions to: Points Costs, Submersibles, Coastal Invasions (specialised craft are coming!), and layout issues.

Layout issues:

The scouting table has reverted to 3,6,9.12,15.

The vital part of the critical chart isn't in the same light blue as the rest.

Lumbering. under special traits, "and suffers a –1 penalty to Command Quality checks made to evade
torpedoes." Evading torpedoes is no longer a rule.

Long Island-class Escort Carrier has the image/Ships in Class for the Gridley-class.

Kagero-class Destroyer has the Type-In Service stat block of the Kaidai-7-class Submersible.

A couple of layout /typos:

The Long Island carrier appears to not be a carrier in its picture.

The US Fargo has no AP modifier on its light guns.

The British G3 appears to have an error on its A turret stats.
