The new Database (or "Library Data" for CT nerds like me) has been upgraded to require Bandwidth/1. I'm not so sure about that choice, but my objection is largely based on precedent.
But thinking about it, historical Bandwidth/0 computers weren't really capable of any comprehensive data warehousing, searching and updating, so upgrading the program to Bandwidth/1 makes sense, considering that "Database" is self-upgrading. Even a Computer/1 can run Agent/0 to search the database, though we all know how great those searches can turn out sometimes, from recent Agent/0 web clients.
Ok, I accept Database/1.
