Dark Judges?

I need some Mongoose dark Judges - I have the old GW ones, but they are PUNY (in fact, the feet snapped off two of them and I had to use green stuff to mould the bases just so they would stand up...) - would love to have them in a battle!

I'm still hoping the dark judge miniatures come eventually. I would suggest they have an optional head for judge fear, one with his mask open and one with it closed.

Judge fear is the coolest looking DJ, too bad he's the wimpiest one...

I always liked the Sisters of Death, especially when they were in The Deadman spin off and their were walking around in a full body form, they were pretty creepy...Mortis has always been my fave, i just loved the bit in Necropolis were he was chasing the cadets.

I don't know how easy Fire would be to paint, i painted the old Heroclix mini up which were really nice, but i culd never get Fire to look like he did in the comics.

Right now more characters wouldn't be high on my list though. I'm waiting for the new Citi-Def more than anything :)

More factions would definitely be good to get first (Punks & Juves are in short supply, and I want the Robots back sooner rather than later for example) but the options for recognisable "historical" Mega City characters are so huge as to be tempting.

I would like a DeMarco PI, Judge Jack Point, Judge Aimee Nixon, Judge Dirty Frank, a Chief Judge Hershey... the list of cool Justice Department characters is huge, in addition to the options for other international Judges than Inaba (I want a Judge Joyce for example) and they would make great "Mercenaries".

I would also happily buy and paint a Captain Skank, Orlok, Bato Loco, Lenny Zero, Missionary Man Cain, Nero Narcos... the lists go on and on. I would be quite happy to own even an Otto Sump miniature.

I would be delighted to see a recognisable character or two released for each gang set released. The sets wouldnt have to be related to the characters either, in fact I think that I would find it preferable if they were not.

My main suggestion would be that Mongoose doesnt double up too much on figures made by other manufacturers too regularly until they have a larger range available.

It might be interesting to add judges under the dark judges control a'la necropolis, and even the "blue vampire" judges from the city of the damned storyline.

Basically I'd like some settings in the game where the judges were clearly and openly the bad guys and the people fighting them were in the right.

Hmm, maybe we could get an "America" miniature? Not to mention "Chopper"? Also don't forget max normal.

I suppose eventually we could get the sov judges too, and have rules for fighting the Apocalypse war.

BTW, not trying to rewrite the game, I appreciate MG making the rules free and am offering what I hope are helpful ideas. A "fight the sovs" or "fight the necropolis" campaign might have legs.

Painting fire would depend on how well he was sculpted and how well the flames were placed on the skeleton.

An idea occurs to me: Ever try painting the skeleton black, then putting a wash over it to suggest the skeleton is black under the flames?

For me, I'm eagerly awaiting miniatures for punks 'n' juves -- I've done some conversions that I'm really quite pleased with, but that takes time and it'd be better to have something official to bulk out my minions if nothing else. Rules-wise, I'm looking forward to the robots... don't really need the miniatures, but I'm always persuadable. ;)

Judge Dirty Frank

That would be an instant purchase for me.

So, not to start out my time here by naging...but is there any ETA on miniatures for the Dark Judges? I would LOVE to have some of those!
