Dark Angel RPG?

Been watching the show again and I was wondering whether the Dark Angel universe would make a possible RPG line. I mean conspiracy groups, genetic engineering and supersoldiers; it all sounds like quite a nice background.

What do you think?

As for factions well there would be the runaway X-5's and other series like Max or the Familiars Cult or Manitcore along with possible other factions that could be added :twisted:

your talk n about Anthony Denozo... on NCIS, yup very same guy.... but if you where to do this id say ignore 99% of season 2 and focus more on season 1 since S2 Sucked

I dunno about this.
Season 1 was pretty much X5 only, season 2 introduced a lot more player options into the mix, with psychic powers and the more freak/animalistic transgenics.

If I did an RPG for this (and I was debating using this setting but could never figure a system for it) I would set it after the season 2 climax and have the PCs as members of the "Freak Nation" that Max and the gang set up.
It is the perfect excuse for PC groups and gives a lot of options for play style.

That said, as a license I do not thin it would be worth paying for, but file off the serial numbers ( ) and a generalized transgenic dystopian future would be cool, and a lot cheaper.
I wonder if the new traveller could be adapted for it?
