Hi guys,

I placed an order for 2 boxes of Mobile Infantry Light Armour troopers a good while back. I've been debited through Paypal, but looking at their site there is no record of the order nor was a confirmation email sent.

Just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue with the above online store.

No. But I did get an email from them a few days ago, apologising for a delayed item and saying that they had had email problems.

I would suggest forwarding your paypal confirmation email to him and explaining what has happened. Try this email matt@dancingdryad.com

There has been delays for them yes. But it should be just temporal. They are posting batch #1 of my last order on monday(they had to split in two due to weight...Minbari fleet+white star carrier=lots of weight

They were fast&reliable until past few months but hopefully that should be about to be fixed by now.

Exactly the same thing happened to me a few months back.
I emailed them the details and they sorted it out immediately.

I've had one order (Plasma and Tanker bug - supposedly in stock) sitting Pending for 3 weeks, another (Assorted Skinnies) lost in the Paypal void (see above) and no reply to my emails this week.

hmm, I am actually getting worried about my order I placed through paypal... it was rather sugnificant. I did not get a confermation E-mail and it is getting close to the usual time it arrives.....
