Excellent news! IIRC you did a book of planets for Lightspeed that had quite a range, good stuff there.

Yes, I did, and I learned a lot from doing that book, and I've learned a great deal in the interim. This book should reflect that.

I did some writing for Jovian Chronicles, which is basically just Gundam with the serial numbers filed off, so I know all about them. Starblade Battalion Mekton (for Mekton, natch) was one of my favorite universe designs.

I don't know that I'll do super mecha. I'm more of a down and personal type.

I picked up a few of the JC books - really great work - lovely illustrations as well - is it still going?

It did seem to be how deckplans and ship source books "should be done"
