Somethings occurred to me and I want to know if it could it happen in Drinax?. Can you advise?

If 20 or so years after Drinax is reborn as a full democracy with Rao as Queen and with Ra also being popular enough to be voted in as The 1st Prime Minister Rao of Drinax could she in her role as Prime Minister Rao of Drinax be tricked into committing treason against Queen Rao of Drinax even though they are the same person?. What do you think?

No. Because if it's a full democracy, you can't have a queen.

Can someone in one legal persona commit something which is treason against either the office they hold or another legal persona of themselves? Yes.
The law is what it is.

If they get a say in whether the prosecution is followed through, it's not likely to come to anything, though.

Some of the European democracies retain their monarchs. Usually the monarch does all the figurehead & celebrity stuff (like appearing on mugs, and doing parades), and the prime minister does the policy making.

Monarchy is the opposite of republic.
Democracy is the opposite dictatorship.

Democracy has nothing to do with whether the head of state is hereditary.
