Converting D&D monsters over to Runequest

Mage

Mongoose
Has anyone done this?
I am trying now but my D&D knowledge is very crap. If anyone has done or know of this material already out there, could they please PM me or post a link. Mainly I am interested in seeing the D&D versions of the following but in Runequest:

Angels
Archon
Demon: Balor, Marilith, Herzou, Vrock
Devil: Ice Devil, Horned Devils, Chain Devil, Pit Fiend
Eladrin
Ethreeal Marauder
Ettercap
Genie
Giant
Golem
Gorgon
Gray Render
Half Fiend
Half Dragon
Inevitable
Liche
Lizardfolk
Blackscale Lizardfolk
Locathah
Magmin
Mindflayer
Nightmare
Knightwalker
Pseudodragon
Sahuagin
Shield guardian
Shocker lizard
Skum
Slaad
Troglodyte
Xill
Yuan Ti.

And if anyone from Mongoose could confirm similar things to these coming in the new monsters book, it could cut some of my work load. Thanks!

Think all the world monsters used to have a conversion system, but have not seen a copy of that in years. I know volume 3 is still sold om rpgnow and drivethru Rpg.

Yes, All the Worlds monsters has a conversion system, but I dontr off hand remeber which book it is in, but most likely #3.

But, that is for ODD, not the soon to be extinct 3.5. Unless there is an updated AWM that I am unaware of.

Mage,
Here's the link http://www.basicrps.com/links/bryan.html you want part 7, translating monsters. Keep in mind that it is for RQIII.

My strategy is to just convert monsters as I need them converted, rather than making conversions of a whole bunch of monster types on the off chance that I might use that type of monster in a MRQ game someday.

I think it's better to use similar RQ monsters rather than converting them from another rolegame.

You can use any RQ critter and change its aspect or one of its chars, and voilà you have a new creature!

I prefer to convert the monsters, although it depends.

If I am converting an adventure to Glorantha, then I'll probably replace the monsters in the adventure to Glorantha monsters. But if I am converting a setting to Runequest, such as Iron Kingdoms, then I'll want to convert the monsters of that setting to RQ rules.
