Metal conversion kits for vehicles. So we the players can make different variants for the game. MP makes a card and the parts in a bag. We the players buy them and make the adjustments to our toys.

MEA recoiless rifles, or AA guns for Technicals, maybe with metal gunners models and or loaders.

Shadow MG variant with gunner torso to replace the CHEMS.

Metal tank crews. upper torso and heads to add to the tanks.

Just a few examples. As the game continues to come out with more vehicles there will be more options.

i asked matthew about this a few months back, and he said it was a route they didnt wish to go down, wich i thought was a shame, but he whanted the game to be accessable to all, not just those with modling and painting skill.

he did mention diferent versions of the shaow as a possable in the future though, so i spose time will tell.

im in 2 minds about it, i have unfortuanatly had to give up painting due to RSI in my hands but as an ex modler and conversion Buff id love the idea of the kits, that said they would be of little use to me now.

either way, the kits would be a asset. They don't ahve to be massed produced, but available as a direct mail order from MP.

The cards could be a PDF file.

If not Mongoose then I'm sure there would be other manufacturers who could (or perhaps already do) produce the hardware at least. Perhaps some form of licencing to bring in cards as well? It would in effect only be semi-formalising what I suspect a significant number of players are thinking of doing anyway
