Conversion Help for Star Fleet

Is it possible to get the conversion system to translate the original Star Fleet Battles ships to ACTA stats? Damage, Shield, and Turn are the biggest questions.

I don't think the conversion formula has been released to the public, though I should note that the basis for conversion would, in most cases, not be directly from the SFB SSDs; but rather, from the relevant Ship Cards from the more recent game, Federation Commander.

FC Ship Cards are more streamlined than SSDs; with no sensor or scanner tracks, no refits shown on-card (pre-refit versions of certain ships are split off into Middle Years Ship Cards instead), the movement costs rounded to the nearest quarter (so MC 2/3 becomes MC 3/4, and so on), there are no housekeeping costs (which don't exist in FC), etc.

You can see many low-toner versions of the Ship Cards over at the FC Commander's Circle; while the Ship Cards each have a Squadron and Fleet Scale side, only the Squadron Scale version is relevant here.
