Has anyone mentioned Conflict Freespace on here before.
Possibly one of the greatest space computer games ever. A good universe with probably a lot of folks who remember it.
It's not been around for long enough now that a licence for it not be crazy. Three distinct races to start with and some awesome ship designs.
You could even combine the universe into several of your systems, a module for traveller, a module for ACTA and some crossover rules so you can use the ACTA starship combat as part of your RPG campaign.
