[CONAN] NPC arrays

I'm sure it's somewhere on this forum, however my search-fu is failing me right now. I read somewhere that Vincent used three arrays to create NPCs. I can find two (the Elite and Nonelite arrays) on the SDR online, however, I can't find the other. Anyone can help?

I know of 2 (well, 3) arrays:

Elite Array: 15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8
Non-Elite Array: 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8

The third isn't really a listed array, but technically is:
Common/Average Array: 11, 11, 11, 10, 10, 10 (or really, any combination of 10s and 11s. Doesn't have to be equal numbers of both.)
