[CONAN] Ferocious Attack Q

If I have a Pirate with Power Attack or something like Charge, can I use either of them when I declare my ferocious attack? For example, a level 2 with 13 str using power attack and a one handed weapon has the following with Ferocious Attack:

(Ferocious Attack)
+2 Init. for the first round
+2 To Attack Rolls
-2 To Defense

(Power Attack)
Up to -1 on attack roll for up to +1 damage

(Power Attack on a Ferocious Charge)
+2 Init. for the first round
+1 (=+2-1) to Attack Roll
-1 to Defense

Plus the +1 damage for the strength.

Or with Charge
+2 Init
+4 to Attack Rolls
-4 to Defense

Also, I can't charge and power attack at the same time can I? Both being combat maneuvers?

Power Attack isn't a combat maneuver. Yes, you can use your feat, your class ability, and the combat maneuver together.

On an unrelated note, what's sad about the pirate is being unable to use Ferocious Attack and Sneak Attack together.

As long as you don't power attack for more than your BAB, sure. You can stack on bonuses from Ferocious and Charge (plus even Fighting madness if you took it).
