Compared to the old Babylon Project?

The Babylon Project had some serious flaws - it was set before the show and there was no mention of any of the events in the show. The current RPG embraces th events of the show fully. TBP had very few pictures from the show, while this uses photos liberally. TBP failed to take off, the current RPG has numerous supplements. The current RPG is a fully realised RPG that fully immerses players in the universe, while TBP felt like it skimmed the surface of the universe and didn't quite cover the rules in the depth that was needed.

It also uses a variation of the popular d20 system (the Fantasy SRD rather than the Modern one) as the game rules. It's therefore easy to pick up for anyone familiar with these rules and it's also quick to run combat and task resolution. I didn't really like the complexities of the combat system in the Babylon project rules. To me, it just slowed the pace of the game down.

get the bundle deal bvfm = Best value for money, also there is the final flight of Santiargo, where pc's take the role of cabernit members, ok but no pdf support I had to type out all of the Charicter bits and print it then laminate it for protection.
